Delivery

1. Deliveries in Switzerland and Liechtenstein
The goods ordered and confirmed are dispatched to the address indicated with The Swiss Post within 5 working days after sending the www.massimo.ch order confirmation. From the moment www.massimo.ch hands over the goods to The Swiss Post all risks pass to the customer. At the moment of the receipt of the shipment, the customer should check if the package has been tampered or damaged. In this case the customer shall report it to the postal office and make a retention on the delivery. 

2. Deliveries outside of Switzerland
The goods ordered and confirmed are dispatched to the address indicated with The Swiss Post International or an international private courier within 5 working days after sending the www.massimo.ch order confirmation. From the moment www.massimo.ch hands over the goods to The Swiss Post International or an international private courier all risks pass to the customer. At the moment of the receipt of the shipment, the customer should check if the package has been tampered or damaged. In this case the customer shall report it to the postal office or courier and make a retention on the delivery. The goods will be properly declared at customs. Normally, when you receive the merchandise, you will need to pay import tax and customs duties and fees of your country.

3. Delivery terms
The goods are dispatched to the address supplied by the customer after receiving the full payment. If the product cannot be sent within 5 days, a new delivery date will be advised to the customer within 48 hours of receipt of the order. The customer then has the ability to cancel the order within 48 hours if the new delivery date is considered too long. If there is no written reply from the customer within this period, the new delivery date of the order will be automatically accepted. Deliveries are not limited to the territory of Switzerland. In Switzerland, there are no deliveries on Sundays, national and regional public holidays. We decline all responsibility for the progress of an order and delivery. If the information provided is inaccurate, www.massimo.ch cannot be held responsible for inability to deliver nor for failing to meet deadlines. In the event a delivery problems with the courier, Skin Swiss is released from any responsibility. In the case of sales outside Switzerland, customs duties and any other taxes are the responsibility of our customers.

4. Important notice for Imports
The customer is solely responsible for all the steps necessary to import the goods into his/her territory in accordance with the law. The customer confirms that he/she has the right and the capacity to order the goods. He/she also warrants that he/she has obtained beforehand information and assurances that the order does not violate any provision of the law in force in the country of delivery or residence of the purchaser and that all the information provided is accurate.

5. Return policy
www.massimo.ch guarantees the exchange of the product in the case of defects by written notice within of 5 days of receipt. The customer has a right to return the article within 5 days of receipt at his/her residence. If the customer is not fully satisfied, he/she has the option of returning the goods not worn at his/her own expense in perfect condition in their original packaging state.
